Almost Everything You Eat Is Poisonous

We are being poisoned by the things we eat and drink. Profit-driven companies have replaced healthy ingredients with toxic synthetic chemicals that are cheaper to produce for them. This ensured that our diet changed from healthy to something that people would never have considered food 100 years ago.

An example, the 0% sugar advertisements. Used to sell drinks and snacks as healthy alternatives to the regular sugar containing brands. The question that we should ask ourselves immediately is, what did they replace the sugar with?

The answer, a company that sells vitamin water replaced sugar with a combination of synthetic chemicals called cyclamate and acesulfame potassium.

The sole reason someone can buy these alternatives and consider it a healthy choice is because of marketing.

Another example, seed oils. Only possible to make with large machines in large factories of what was previously considered to be toxic industrial waste. Seed oils are in almost everything. Oat milk, bread, breakfast cereals, salad dressings, so-called healthy snacks and even high-end restaurant food.

A step in creating cotton seed oil is the removal of Gossypol. Gossypol is a toxic, yellow, polyphenolic compound produced by cotton. This naturally occurring colored compound is found in small glands in the seed of the cotton plant. The adaptive function of the compound facilitates natural insect resistance.

Factories use three key steps of refining, bleaching and deodorization when producing cotton seed oil to eliminate the gossypol level. Ferric chloride is often used to decolorize cotton seed oil.

Does this still sound like food? You can go outside, find an orange tree and pick an orange that is ready for consumption. That is what is healthy and that is what a diet should consist of.

The moral of the story is to always try to eat fresh food, to avoid as much prepackaged food as possible and when buying something prepackaged, never forget to read the list of ingredients.

The golden rule is, do you not recognize an ingredient? Do not buy it.
