Subconscious Warfare

Written on January 26, 2024

A large part of how we feel is determined by what our subconscious picks up around us. We obviously do not live in a vacuum, but are constantly surrounded by music, photos, videos and people who all leave their mark on us, consciously and, especially, unconsciously.

Try to think deeply about it and you will know it is the truth. It is most evident when consuming art. When you watch a sad movie you feel sad, when you watch a happy movie you feel happy and when you watch an energetic movie you feel energetic. The same goes for music and other forms of art and the same also applies to the people around you, the things you hear and any other contact you make with the things around you.

Of course, listening to a sad song every now and then won't immediately ruin your day, but listening to sad songs for a few hours a day for a month will definitely ruin your entire month and keep you in a certain mindset from which it will be increasingly difficult to get out of. In this way evil, hatred or sadness can attach themselves to people and, as they used to say, possess them.

Once you see it you can't unsee it and the unconscious influences become clear.

That's why it's so important to be wary of what you let get attached to you. Be careful of what you consume, of the people around you and of the things that unconsciously try to influence you.
