Herbal teas

Herbs are amazing and can help with all kinds of different problems with the body or the mind. All the teas below are personally tested by me and do not pose any danger to your body. Be mindful to alternate herbs every now and then. When you're thirsty, drink water, when you have a problem you want to solve, try drinking a herbal tea.

Against panic attacks
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 2 teaspoons of passionflower (passiflora incarnata)
- 2 teaspoons of valerian root (valeriana officinalis)

Against stress
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 2 teaspoons of honeybush (cyclopia intermedia)
- 1 teaspoon of rooibos (aspalathus linearis)

Against insomnia
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 2 teaspoons of chamomile (matricaria chamomilla)
- 1 teaspoon of lavender (lavandula angustifolia)

Against the common cold
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 5 branches of thyme (thymus vulgaris)
- 1 teaspoon of ginger root (zingiber officinale)
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Against a sore throat
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 5 leaves of sage (salvia officinalis)
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Against muscle pain
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 3 teaspoons of ginger root (zingiber officinale)

Against headaches
Ingredients for one cup of tea:
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (foeniculum vulgare)
- 1 teaspoon of anise seeds (pimpinella anisum)
